December is just around the corner, and of course, like many Calgarians we have started the countdown to Christmas, playing our favourite holiday tunes while setting up the tree. Top Things to do in the Mountains in November

If you can’t make the screening of the Snow Show films at this year’s Banff Mountain Film Festival, take heart in knowing there will be two re-screenings on Thursday, November 1 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, November 4 at 2 p.m. at Lux Cinema in Banff. The lineup this year includes Hoji, a 50-minute movie about Canmore-born-and-raised big-mountain skier Eric Hjorliefson. Tickets are $25 at the door.
