The below Terms, Conditions, and Policies are applicable for all events.
At Things to Do in Calgary, respect for one another is paramount to the safety of everyone, on and off the field.
Things to Do in Calgary has a zero-tolerance for verbal/non-verbal, written, or physical harassment of any players, staff, and facility workers. If any harassment occurs, it may result in a fine, suspension, or a lifetime ban.
If at any time a patron, staff member, or facility worker feels that they are in immediate danger, the aggressor will be immediately removed and will receive a lifetime ban from participating in Things to Do in Calgary programs, and they will forfeit any remaining passes.
Note: This policy applies to all email and text communications received by Things to Do in Calgary and their partners.
Upon your arrival at the event, you must check in with the Event Coordinator.
If you did not attend or check in the event, a ‘No Show’ will be applied to your file. and you will be charged the No-Show fee.
If three (3) ‘No Shows’ are accumulated, your account will be reviewed by Things to Do in Calgary, which could result in a fine or an account suspension for up to a month.
If attendance continues to be a chronic issue, you will be asked to leave the Things to Do in Calgary group.
Special circumstances may be considered.
As a patron of Things to Do in Calgary, be aware that we record promotional videos and take event pictures during every event. If you wish not to be videoed or photographed, you must talk with the Coordinator prior to the event start.
If teams register for an event/ tournament please note that once a team is registered it is the duty of the teams registrant to collect payment from the players. There will be no refunds for tournament registration fee, no exceptions.
Walk-ins are only welcome if there is a "No Show" or "Event is not full"
To maintain a clean and safe environment within our facilities, we kindly request that all participants bring a pair of clean indoor shoes to change into upon arrival. Please note that shoes with black soles are not permitted in any of our gymnasiums, as they can cause marking on the floors. Failure to adhere to this footwear policy will result in the individual being unable to participate in activities and will be considered a no-show. Consequently, a fee of $45 will be applied.
All Walk-ins must sign the Terms & Conditions before playing, otherwise will not be allowed to play.
All participants are expected to show ID if requested if the organizer views you to be underage.
By any circumstance, the weather is unpredictable and the game is not cancelled until we get to the field. Only those that show up will get a credit. Those that don’t show up will be considered a no-show fee.
When making a booking, be sure to select the correct number of spots you can fill. If you reserve multiple spots and are unable to fill them, you’ll be responsible for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees for those unfilled spots.
If an incorrect number of participants causes a session to be cancelled, we’ll unfortunately have to cancel your booking and apply the no-show fee for the extra spots reserved.
When cancellations occur 48hr before the day of the event, the booking fee will be applied to your account in the form of credit.
If a cancellation occurs 48hr or less before the event there will be a $25 fee & no pass return.
You must arrive by the scheduled start time, or you may lose your spot to others that are on the waitlist or walk-ins.
If you have not arrived by the start of the gameplay, then you will be automatically charged a ‘No-Show’ fee.
Creating additional accounts or using someone else’s name to avoid paying no-show fees is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be affiliated with, created by, or used on behalf of a user attempting to bypass no-show penalties will be considered fraudulent and may be subject to the following actions:
We reserve the right to determine account affiliation based on booking behavior, personal information, IP addresses, and other identifiable data. These measures are in place to protect our players, maintain fairness, and keep sessions running smoothly.
The game day Coordinator has the final say.
Things to Do in Calgary has the right to overrule the Coordinator’s decision, on a case-by-case basis.
The coordinator can rearrange/balance the teams as they see fit.
There will be no tolerance for sharing jerseys/spots during gameplay.
Passes are non-transferable.
Drop-Ins on-site are $35 if spots are available but we encourage you to book on the App/Website to guarantee your spot, at a reduced rate.
Throughout the game day, each patron will participate in every player position for the sport, i.e., in soccer, every player will take turns playing goal.

In the event that a player or patron causes damage to any equipment, facility, or playing surface—whether intentionally or through negligence—they will be held fully responsible for all associated repair or replacement costs. This includes, but is not limited to, broken equipment, damaged fixtures, and scuff marks or damage to the floor caused by improper footwear.
A minimum fee of $1,000 will be charged for any damage to the playing surface, including scuffing from inappropriate shoes. By participating in any activity, all players agree to wear non-marking, indoor-appropriate footwear and to treat the facility and its contents with care and respect.
All participants of the drop in sports must be a minimum age of 16 years old. Otherwise you will not be permitted to play
All players are expected to show ID if requested if the organizer views you to be underage
If you are under 16 years old and book to play, you will be issued a no-show fee and not allowed to play.
All participants of the drop in sports must sign the waiver before the start time. Otherwise you will not be permitted to play.
No participants will play for free.
If you have a guest associated with your booking and they do not show up or are late, you are unable to play until the "no-show" fee is paid in full. If the payment does not go through the system, you may email it to THINGS TO DO IN CALGARY.
