The below Terms, Conditions, and Policies are applicable for all events.
Things to Do in Calgary Event Terms and Conditions
At Things to Do in Calgary, respect for one another is paramount to the safety of everyone.
Things to Do in Calgary has a zero-tolerance for verbal/non-verbal, written, or physical harassment of any players, staff, and facility workers. If any harassment occurs, it may result in a fine, suspension, or a lifetime ban.
Note: This policy applies to all email and text communications received by Things to Do in Calgary and their partners.
There are no refunds, no exceptions.
It is your responsibility to attend, cancel and modify your bookings.
All events have a cost associated with them, and your fee goes towards these costs.
Special circumstances may be considered.
If an event is cancelled, your registration fee will be credited back into your account as the event fee you paid.
If an event is cancelled due to weather conditions, you will get a text 1 hour prior to the event and your fees will be credited to your account for future event.
If a cancellation occurs 72hr or less before the event there will be a $25 fee & no credit returned.
All bookings that are not sports are non-refundable. If you cancel, no refund will be issued—no exceptions.
Upon your arrival at the event, you must check in with the Event Coordinator, prior to event start time, to prevent the late/no-show fee.
All events will be charged a Late / No-Show fee of $40 if not checked in by start time.
If you have a guest associated with your booking and they do not show up or are late, you are unable to play until the Late / No-Show fee is paid in full. Failure to pay will result in a Late / No-Show fee for the booking party as well.
As a patron of Things to Do in Calgary, be aware that we record promotional videos and take event pictures during every event. If you wish not to be videoed or photographed, you must talk with the Coordinator prior to the event start.
By participating in any activity, all participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Things To Do in Calgary and facility policies. And to treat the facility and its contents with care and respect.
All participants are expected to show ID if requested if the organizer views you to be underage.
By any circumstance, the weather is unpredictable and the event is not cancelled until we get to the venue. Only those that show up will get a credit. Those that don't show up will be considered a no-show fee.
When making a booking, be sure to select the correct number of spots you can fill. If you reserve multiple spots and are unable to fill them, you'll be responsible for any applicable cancellation or No Show fees for those unfilled spots.

You must arrive by the scheduled start time, or you may lose your spot to others that are on the waitlist or walk-ins.
If you have not arrived and checked in with the host by the start of the gameplay, then you will be automatically charged a Late / No-Show fee.
Creating additional accounts or using someone else's name to avoid paying no-show fees is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be affiliated with, created by, or used on behalf of a user attempting to bypass no-show penalties will be considered fraudulent and may be subject to the following actions:
We reserve the right to determine account affiliation based on booking behavior, personal information, IP addresses, and other identifiable data. These measures are in place to protect our players, maintain fairness, and keep sessions running smoothly.
The game day Coordinator has the final say.
Things to Do in Calgary has the right to overrule the Coordinator's decision, on a case-by-case basis.
The coordinator can rearrange/balance the teams as they see fit.
There will be no tolerance for sharing jerseys/spots during gameplay.
Walk-Ins on-site are $25 if spots are available but we encourage you to book on the App/Website to guarantee your spot, at a reduced rate.
Throughout the game day, each patron will participate in every player position for the sport, i.e., in soccer, every player will take turns playing goal.

In the event that a player or patron causes damage to any equipment, facility, or playing surface—whether intentionally or through negligence—will be held fully responsible for all associated repair or replacement costs. This includes, but is not limited to, broken equipment, damaged fixtures, and scuff marks or damage to the floor caused by improper footwear.
A minimum fee of $2000 will be charged for any damage to the playing surface; additional charges will apply beyond the $2000 if the damage is assessed to be greater to cover the full cost to repair the damages occurred. Willful damage of a facility will be reported and subject to the laws of Alberta.
All participants playing in a sport with Things to Do in Calgary must be a minimum age of 16 years old. Otherwise you will not be permitted to play.
All players are expected to show ID if requested if the organizer views you to be underage.
If you are under 16 years old and book to play, you will be issued a $500.00 fine and not allowed to play.
All participants of Things to Do in Calgary sports must sign the waiver and be checked in with the host before the start time. Otherwise you will not be permitted to play.
No participants will play for free.
If you cannot complete the full event and require a player substitution, the subbing player will sign up on the App under walk in and pay the $25 to play.

Regarding any concerns if we don’t hear back from you within one weeks from the date the issue occurred we will consider the matter resolved and will not proceed further. Please email us before the deadline to ensure your concern has been addressed. Info@thingstodoincalgary.com
